Head of B2B Proposition & Product

In T-Mobile CZ, we are moving away from fragmented product silos. As our Head of Proposition & Product, your mission is clear: impose a single, coherent commercial logic across Mobile, Fixed, and ICT. You will be the architect of our modular portfolio simplification and the primary driver of our shift toward "outside-in" customer design.
What will you do?
You will orchestrate the entire B2B product landscape, ensuring that what we build is exactly what our customers need.
- Lead a Diverse Team: You’ll inspire and manage a team of 15 experts, including proposition and pricing managers, market insight specialists, and business consultants.
- Simplify the Game: You’ll lead the modular portfolio simplification agenda, replacing legacy complexity with a scalable and coherent architecture.
- Bridge Tech and Business: Act as the commercial counterweight to internal product tribes—ensuring that customer needs and revenue logic always win over technical convenience.
- Own the Lifecycle: From initial ICT proposition development to commercial pricing and vendor management, you have the end-to-end overview.
- Support Big Wins: Your team’s business consulting capability will be key in supporting our most complex B2B deals.
- Cross-functional Synergy: You’ll collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure every product is feasible, ready for market, and delivered on time.

- Strategic Experience: Proven background in B2B proposition or product management within telecom, ICT, or a similar technology-driven environment.
- Portfolio Visionary: A track record of driving customer-centric strategies across multiple product areas simultaneously.
- Coherence Driver: Experience working alongside fragmented structures and the ability to impose commercial logic where it’s needed most.
- Lifecycle Expert: Direct experience with product lifecycle management specifically in mobile, fixed, or messaging areas.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to make portfolio-level trade-offs based on customer value and revenue impact.
- Stakeholder Master: You are an influencer who can navigate both commercial and technical leadership while driving complex initiatives in a fast-paced world.
- Segment Expert: Deep understanding of the needs of SME, corporate, and public sector segments.
