What you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Key Account Manager in cooperation with our key customers:
- administrative tasks – e.g. preparation of cost calculations, business plans, presentations, materials for meetings, creation of analyses, reporting, etc.
- price management – maintaining up-to-date price lists, creating provisions, communication with customers
- invoicing – monitoring deadlines and communicating with customers regarding outstanding invoices
- minor technical changes – collecting input data, preparing proposals, identifying risks
- Communication across the entire company, not only within the Czech Republic and Germany, but also with various parts of the world (USA, India, China)
- Providing service to our key customers – including handling complex situations and participating in receivables management

If you meet the following requirements, we are looking for you:
- You can communicate fluently in English. There will be days when you hear more English than Czech
- German language would be an additional benefit – not a must
- You can use advanced Excel functions
- SASP basic knowledge would be welcome

- You know how to ask the right questions, use common sense, and think analytically
